Brunswick, Ga. – The College of Coastal Georgia women's tennis team rounded out its fall schedule this past weekend by hosting the Coastal Georgia Fall Invitational.

The tournament was an individual tournament with players placed in flights to play a round-robin event in their respective groupings. Other teams represented included Jacksonville State, St. Leo and Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College.

For Coastal Georgia, Elektra Hunter finished second in the top singles flight with a 2-1 record while Luisa Lopes also finished second in the sixth flight with a 1-1 record. All other Coastal Georgia players finished third in their flights, including Sunshine Beba, Nicole Faas, Priti Rijal and Kristina Polakovic.

In doubles play, Beba and Lopes combined to finish with a 1-1 record and take second in the third flight. Rijal and Faas were third in the top flight while Hunter and Polakovic were third in the second flight.

The event was played at the Coastal Georgia Tennis Complex with matches Friday through Sunday.
